By participating in or attending Skin I'm In Fashion Week™, hosted by Skin I'm In®, as a volunteer, model, photographer, videographer, designer, or audience member, you agree to grant Skin I'm In®, Skin I'm In Fashion Week™, and the designated beneficiaries, including but not limited to Be More Adaptive™, the irrevocable right to use your image, likeness, and any recordings of you taken during the event for promotional, marketing, advertising, or related purposes. This includes use in print, digital, social media, broadcast, and other forms of media. Beneficiaries may change at the discretion of the event organizers. Participation or attendance constitutes consent to this policy. No additional compensation, royalties, or permissions will be provided or requested for the use of your image or likeness.

Content Ownership
Content creators (photographers, videographers, etc.) retain copyright ownership of their work as protected under copyright laws. However, by participating in or contributing to Skin I'm In Fashion Week™, creators grant Skin I'm In®, Skin I'm In Fashion Week™, and the designated beneficiaries a royalty-free, perpetual license to use, share, and reproduce the content for event-related purposes.
